If I purchase a template can you help me connect my domain?
I’ll be more than happy to help connect your domain at my hourly rate of $75/hour. I do charge on the hour. If you do not already own a domain I can help you create one and get one connected through Squarespace or Go Daddy at my regular hourly rate.
Can I transfer a template from a third party to Squarespace?
No. It is not possible to transfer a template from a third party to Squarespace.
Did you design this template on any other platform?
No. I only design templates on the Squarespace platform (for now). This may change in the future.
I’ve decided I need help. Can you build out my template?
Yes. If you have purchased a template from me I will schedule a call with you, send a proposal and a contract your way for signing, and plug in your photos and your copy into your template. I charge $500 for this service. You are responsible for ensuring that I have all of your images in the correct format (PNG, or JPG), all of your copy, the email you would like me to link everything to, your social media account login information, and your third party domain login information. All of this info must be uploaded to a Google Share File that I will provide. All of these things will need to be sent to me via the Google Share File BEFORE I can start your project.
I will not respond to emails that contain information that is required and already should be uploaded into the Google Share File.
I will not change the format of the template.
I will not add new pages, new copy, or extra images.
I will, however, upload your logo, images, copy, link your buttons and forms to your email, change the colors of your website to match your brand, and connect your domain.
You will be responsible for Subscribing to Squarespace when I am finished with your template. You will also be responsible for connecting your Google Console in order to measure your analytics. I would also suggest registering for Google My Business. If you have further questions regarding subscribing to Squarespace or connecting your Google Console I will be more than happy to create a more detailed video for you on how to do these two things and you can also refer to the Squarespace help tab.
What happens if I accidentally delete my website?
I do not have the ability to restore deleted templates/sites. I also do not recreate and resend new templates.
If you accidentally delete your website template you will need to reach out to Squarespace Support. It is possible to have your template restored if you reach out to support quickly. The faster you reach out to them, the more likely they will be able to restore your template. Squarespace Support
What are your business hours?
I typically work until about 3PM PST. I work on any given day of the week.
What time zone are you in?
I live in the beautiful northwest of the United States. Our time zone is Pacific Time. If you hail from the other side of the world please keep in mind it will take more time for me to respond to messages. I do not check my phone or email after 5 pm PST.

How do I connect Instagram to my website?
It is possible to connect your Instagram directly to your website. This feature will automatically update your Instagram on your site when you post.
